RIHAP'S DRIVE FOR A DAY CENTER
SO NO ONE FREEZES TO DEATH THIS WINTER
With cold weather approaching RIHAP has identified a day center as a top priority for the homeless community. This would not just serve a location for homeless individuals to stay warm during the the day but would also offer services such as peer to peer counseling and advocacy, workshops, access to computers and telephones, and other necessary but hard-to-access resources.
